WELCOME

I am Silvia Lazaro-Estala, a bilingual, bicultural Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) holding a Master's Degree in Social Work. 

 

I provide online therapy services for children, adolescents, and young adults in Colorado and Nevada. 

 

I have over four years of clinical experience and specialize in working with children, adolescents, and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, personal trauma, and/or intergenerational trauma. 

 

While I work with a variety of clients. I am passionate about serving immigrant children. I’ve been working in the field of social work since 2015, starting in the child welfare field before pursuing clinical work providing in-home and community mental health services. 

 

My therapeutic style is to validate and support clients while challenging them to reach their therapeutic goals. 

 

My clients typically begin services to recover from trauma, depression, and/or anxiety. I guide my clients to find solutions in the context of their current life situation and experiences. I help my clients develop a variety of coping skills and tools to manage their symptoms and begin their healing process. 

 

I am committed to providing a safe environment that not only allows people to begin their healing process but to increase personal self-growth, and to create paths to the lives they want.
